Rich slow-cooked meat sauce with ripe tomatoes, aromatics and 34% Norwegian beef. No pasta needed — though it doesn't hurt.
Some sauces can't be rushed.
A proper Bolognese takes time. You start with quality meat, build the base slowly, let the tomatoes cook down until they're sweet and concentrated, add wine, let it reduce again. We did all of that. Now you just open the can.
34% Norwegian beef, slow-cooked with heritage tomatoes, carrots, onion, celery and a pour of red wine. Ready in five minutes, anywhere.

How to Heat
🔥 On the trail: Boiling water bath, 7 minutes.
🏠 At home: Pan, 3–4 minutes. Great with pasta.
🔥 On the fire: Edge of fire, 5–7 minutes.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration needed before opening. Once opened: refrigerate, consume within 2 days.
