Tender beef slow-braised in red wine with shallots, bacon, and root vegetables. The kind of meal that took four hours to make. Takes five minutes to heat.

Boeuf Bourguignon was born in the Burgundy region of France — a dish that peasant farmers made to turn tough cuts of beef into something extraordinary. Low heat, good wine, patience. The result: fall-apart meat in a sauce so rich and deep it makes you close your eyes.
We didn't change the recipe. We just made it possible to have it at 1,200 metres above sea level, after a 20km hike, sitting next to a fire.
42% Norwegian beef, braised slowly with red wine, shallots, bacon, fresh herbs and root vegetables. Sealed at peak flavour. Ready when you are.

How to Heat
🔥 On the trail: Place unopened can in boiling water. Heat 7 minutes. Open carefully.
🏠 At home: Pour into pan, heat 3–4 minutes. Serve with pasta or bread.
🔥 On the fire: Edge of fire, 5–7 minutes. Never directly in flames.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration needed before opening. Once opened: refrigerate, consume within 2 days.
